pokhara is 200 km west of Kathmandu it takes 7 hours drive by bus and 25 minutes by flight.if you are heading to Annapurna circuit trek or narphu  valley trek goes clockwise you can get local or deluxe bus for beshishar which will available from public bus station of Kathmandu.Trek will continue eastern part follows Marsyangdi river upstream till Manamg which will pass several traditional village.Trekkers will examine stark,rocky terrain dotted with turquoise lake,including Tilicho 4919m world highest lake.

Best Season:

 March-May,September-November know as best season.Even in raining or monsoon month upper mustang have unique feature trekkers can enjoy in upper mustang that falls rain shadow.if you are going mustang there an airport at jomson and an airpot at chame for access to manang.

Permit &Accommadation:

Entry permit should available at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu or lake side in pokhara.Resort,hotel,tea house,lodges,tea houses are available but for  upper manang and mustang we have organize camping trekking  as well for Upper Manang and Upper Mustang areas permit will little expensive as well.
